In our headquarters we are equipped with a 30 T. overhead crane for the unloading of the machinery load and for transportation we have a vehicle equipped with a 160 q.li crane complete with equipment (skates, jacks). We perform mechanical and electronic repairs on any machine tool (eccentric and hydraulic presses, traditional and c.n. lathes, vertical lathes, cutters, grinders, machining centers, drills, shears, etc.
Our company is able to perform complete overhauls of machine tools with total disassembly, painting, total grinding, turcite replacement, scraping, replacement of linear guides, revision or replacement of recirculating screws, construction or replacement of worn parts, revision of traditional heads, indexed or electro-spindles in general, automation and implementation of automatisms based on customer specifications, modification and installation of electrical systems corresponding to current EC regulations with new warranty.
Our company is able to perform retrofitting on lathes, cutters, work centers or presses of any type and brand. We upgrade your numerical controls, motors or drives by increasing acceleration, dynamics, reliability and consequently productivity speed. We test your machine geometries and correct them in the most appropriate way. We build the electrical system according to your needs and current regulations. We make wiring diagrams, on-board machines and everything related to your machine.
We have a large stock of new, overhauled or regenerated spare parts for HEIDENHAIN, SELCA, MITSUBISHI numerical controls. Viewers LOGAN, Heidenhain, etc. Drives and interface cards Siemens, Selca, Heidenhain, Num, Servomac, Etc. Optical lines and position encoder and motor encoder of the main brands.
